This role is ideal for: Experienced Care Assistants Support Workers SEN Teaching Assistants Individuals with a background in health and social care Graduates looking to move into specialist education About the Role You will be supporting pupils with a range of complex needs including PMLD, physical disabilities, sensory impairments, and medical needs. Many pupils are non-verbal and require high levels of personal care and tailored communication support. This is a highly rewarding role where no two days are the same.
