Healthcare Assistant (HCA) Complex Care Location: Kent Hours: Days and nights Pay: £16 £20 per hour We re looking for a caring, reliable HCA to support young people and adults with complex needs. Guranteed shift dates on a contract for Monday and Wednesday other additional days can be picked up ontop of the guranteed shift dates. What you ll do Work as part of a team, supporting clients and colleagues Follow each client s care plan Handle challenging situations positively and appropriately Work days and nights with young people and adults with complex needs What we need Experience in complex care Strong face-to-face communication skills with non-verbal clients At least 12 months experience as a children s and adults support worker in the UK A valid PMVA certificate (BILD accredited), to be presented at application or interview Nice to have A clear DBS on the Update Service ..... full job details .....
