This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced compliance leader with true influence, visibility to create impact across the organisation.As part of the Senior Management Team, you''ll play a pivotal role in shaping the Bank''s regulatory framework, ensuring the highest standards of governance, conduct and risk managementThe OpportunityThe Head of Compliance will lead all aspects of regulatory compliance, and provide independent assurance to the Board that the regulatory control framework remains robust and fit for purpose.You''ll work closely with the Chief Risk Officer, MLRO, Board Committees and regulators, providing clear, expert guidance on all compliance and conduct mattersKey ResponsibilitiesManage the Bank''s Compliance function and ensure adherence to all current and future regulatory requirements.Develop and maintain compliance frameworks, policies and monitoring plans aligned to regulatory standards and good market practice.Provide independent oversight and reporting on conduct, compliance and financial crime risks (AML, CTF, anti-fraud, ABC).Support Board and senior leadership with expert compliance insight, challenge and assurance.Lead 2nd line regulatory compliance
