Windsor Forest Colleges Group is looking for a Facilities Assistant to join our Estates team at the Berkshire College of Agriculture campus. This is a full time, permanent position working 39 hours a week, all year round (Monday to Thursday 6:30am to 3:00pm and Friday 6:30am to 2:00pm).The actual salary ranges from 26,860.46 (G17) up to 28,758.81 (G19) per annum depending on experience and qualifications, based on a full-time equivalent salary of 25,483.00 to 27,284.00 for 37 hours per week.Facilities AssistantWorking as part of a dedicated Estates team at our BCA campus, you will help deliver essential operational, maintenance and compliance support, ensuring our buildings, plant and systems remain safe, efficient and well maintained. This is a varied, hands on role where you will play an important part in maintaining and developing high quality facilities that support our students, staff and visitors every day.Your key responsibilities will include configuring heating, electrical, lighting and building management systems, alongside assisting with mechanical and electrical repairs, servicing and improvements across the college estate.
