What you''ll be doing Supervising whole classes when the usual teacher is absent Delivering pre-planned lesson materials, with no planning or marking required Managing classes of secondary students aged 11-16 Keeping students focused, engaged, and on task throughout the lesson Creating a calm, positive, and productive learning environment Following school behaviour policies and feeding back to staff where needed Who we''re looking for You don''t need to be a qualified teacher to succeed as a Cover Supervisor.
