I''m currently recruiting for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to provide 2 weeks'' site cover on a construction project in Oxfordshire.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager who is available at short notice and is confident stepping into a live project to ensure works continue to run smoothly. You''ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of the site, maintaining health and safety standards, coordinating subcontractors and keeping the project on programme during the cover period.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the day-to-day running of the site.
• Coordinating subcontractors and site activities.
• Ensuring all health and safety procedures are adhered to.
• Monitoring progress and maintaining programme requirements.
• Carrying out site inductions and toolbox talks where required.
• Liaising with the wider project team and reporting on site activities.
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship and quality.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a Site Manager on construction projects.
• Valid SMSTS certificate.
• Valid CSCS Card.
• First Aid at Work certificate.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to hit the ground running and take ownership of the site during the cover period.
