As part of this exciting role, you will develop and manage relationships with a portfolio of churches, Christian Aid groups and volunteers, building strong partnerships through both face-to-face and virtual engagement. You will identify new church supporters, grow existing relationships and inspire individuals and congregations to Give, Act and Pray. Alongside promoting Christian Aid at events and meetings, you will support and develop volunteers, maintain accurate supporter records and use data and insights to maximise engagement and deliver impactful fundraising and campaigning outcomes. To be successful as the Church Engagement and Fundraising Officer you will need: Demonstrable experience and knowledge of working with church audiences and building strong stakeholder relationships.
