Creating fresh business opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, cold calling, and coordinating and leading sales presentations.Establishing a strong connection between the company\''s products, services, and value proposition by engaging in meaningful cold conversations with senior IT executives within the assigned territory.Achieving and surpassing predefined objectives and performance metrics.Qualifications
A bachelor\''s degree in any discipline5 - 7+ years of frontline sales experience, ideally in a fast-paced B2B sales setting, with a proven track record of achieving sales objectives.Intellectual adaptability and inquisitiveness: willingness to learn about the product and the customer, applying knowledge to demonstrate and articulate ITRG\''s value proposition.Exceptional communication and sales proficiency: able to convey messages clearly and persuasively to internal and external audiences, including senior executives; demonstrates sales expertise throughout the sales process.Proficient active listening: attentive listening and responsive communication that enhances mutual understanding.Organizational and time management aptitude: able to oversee diverse and intricate sales activities with ongoing prioritization.Persistence and resilience: tenacity in managing the sales process and addressing challenges with a solutions-focused approach.Business savviness: ability to leverage insights into business and information technology to engage customers.Self-motivation and self-awareness: driven and aware of personal strengths and growth areas.Background in an advisory, information, and/or business services organization is a plus.What do we offer you?
