Sales, Marketing and Data Analyst We''re working on a retained basis with an established business in Colchester to find a Sales, Marketing and Data Analyst. Part of a wider European group, they''re bringing several acquired businesses together and investing in the systems behind them. This is a brand new role reporting directly into senior management. The Role You''d be the central data and insight role for the marketing, commercial and senior leadership teams, guiding decisions on pricing, sales, campaigns and strategy across UK regions, customer demographics and product lines. There''s a wealth of data in the business, with more arriving from acquisitions into a single CRM hub, and nobody currently turning it into insight. The split is roughly 40% hands-on with the data and 60% working with the commercial team. You''ll track the KPIs, build forecasting models, measure campaign performance and customer journeys, and build dashboards in Power BI, Tableau or Looker Studio, as well as helping shape the new CRM hub alongside the IT lead. This isn''t a reporting role. They need someone who goes looking, spots the opportunity nobody asked about, and persuades a room full of commercial people to act on it. As a brand new position, it will take shape as you settle in, so a flexible, proactive approach matters as much as the technical skill. What We''re Looking For 1 to 5 years in a commercial, sales or marketing analytics role, ideally B2B, e-commerce, consumer services or agency ..... full job details .....
