How You ll Make a Difference You ll support customers to build independence and sustain their tenancies, using a trauma-informed and recovery-focused approach tailored to individual needs. You ll help people develop essential life skills such as budgeting, cooking, and maintaining their home, while working closely with mental health services, social care teams, and other partners to provide joined-up support. You ll play a vital role in identifying and responding to safeguarding concerns, promoting wellbeing, and encouraging social inclusion by helping customers access education, training, and employment opportunities.
