We currently recruiting for a Operations Coordinator on a permanent basis for a expanding business based in Nottingham.The main purpose of this role will be to support with the following: Planning and management of day to day staff rotas, special events and disruptions including annual leave and absence management cover. Coordinate the deployment of staff to meet operational needs Training requirements are maintained Staff uniform management Ensuring staff fitness, competency and compliance at duty sign on The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience: Operational coordination experience such as resource planning, rostering / rota management Strong organisational and communications skills Ability to work under pressure Able to manage a reactive workload Good IT skills including working with data Problem solver Customer Focused Due to the nature of this business this role will be working on a 4 week shift pattern working an average of 40 hours per week.
