We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic and motivated Learning Support Assistant to join our team in Maidenhead. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone passionate about helping children and young people reach their full academic and personal potential.

The Role

You will work alongside teachers to support students with their learning, encourage participation in classroom activities and help create a positive, inclusive learning environment. You may also provide one-to-one support for students who require additional assistance with their learning, communication or behaviour.

Key Responsibilities

• Support students in the classroom and during learning activities.
• Provide individual and small-group support as required.
• Encourage positive behaviour, confidence and independence.
• Adapt learning activities to meet individual student needs.
• Work collaboratively with teachers, pastoral staff and other professionals.

• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Is reliable, flexible and enthusiastic about education.
• Has experience working with children or young people (desirable, but not essential).
