Reporting to the Director of People, you''ll lead our Strategic People Partnering, Reward and Workforce Planning functions, acting as the primary interface between the People team and the wider business. You''ll work closely with senior leaders to shape people strategy, drive organisational performance and ensure our people plans are aligned to current priorities and future workforce needs.
