Reporting directly to the HSEQ Director, this is a senior, hands-on position responsible for monitoring the implementation of Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and procedures across live construction projects. You will undertake regular site inspections and audits, support the delivery of HSEQ initiatives and campaigns, and work closely with project teams to identify areas for improvement and ensure consistently high standards are maintained. The successful candidate will be an experienced HSEQ professional who is confident proactively engaging with project teams, challenging standards where necessary and helping to drive a positive HSEQ culture throughout the business.
