OverviewGAP Store Manager - London role at Next. This is a multi-role vacancy recruiting for Wembley, Covent Garden and White City.
Are you a passionate and seasoned leader with a proven track record of driving performance, developing talent, and delivering results?
As a GAP Store Manager you’ll be the driving force behind the store’s profitability and customer experience. You will lead by example, inspire your team and ensure every aspect of the business, from merchandising to operations, is running smoothly and effectively.
To be a successful Store Manager at GAP you will:
Responsibilities
Lead and inspire your team to exceed all business goals and performance metrics
Build and maintain a culture rooted in engagement, accountability and collaboration
Identify and develop talent, fostering a team that delivers results and supports the overall business, as well as each other
Deliver exceptional customer experience through strong service and execution
Manage store operations, visual merchandising and stock flow
Maintain compliance with all policies and company standards
Use data and insights to inform decisions and drive strategic solutions
Qualifications
3-5 years of leadership experience in a fast-paced retail environment
Commercially aware with a strong understanding of KPIs and performance metrics
Proven ability to lead, coach and develop high-performing teams
Strong business acumen and a track record of driving commercial success
Operational and merchandising experience
Flexibility to work - including evenings, weekends and holidays
Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
