Overview

An exciting opportunity for a Legal Counsel to join a rapidly expanding, global hedge fund in their newly established London office. Reporting directly to the General Counsel, this role will have significant autonomy across the legal process, leading and supporting transactions, negotiating agreements, and advising on deal restructurings. There will also be a number of wider projects you will be able to get involved in.Responsibilities

Lead and support transactions and negotiate agreements.Advise on deal restructurings and legal strategy.Assist with regulatory and compliance matters as required for the London office.Collaborate with front and back office teams and coordinate with global jurisdictions.Contribute to cross-functional projects as needed.Qualifications

2-5 years’ PQE; experience from a buy-side business or Magic Circle law firm preferred.Experience with digital assets transactions; exposure to crypto is highly beneficial.In-house experience required for candidates coming straight from practice.Experience working with global jurisdictions is a plus.Compensation

Strong budget for year one with a lucrative package; potential for substantial increases in subsequent years.
