Morgan Hunt are working with a leading national Charity who are looking to recruit an SEN Learning Support Assistant in Worcestershire. This is a full time, permanent contract paying £28,500. The role will be office based as well as visiting local employers. The primary purpose of this role is to provide support to special needs learners in the classroom with employability coaching to secure job outcomes. A part of the roll will also require supporting the learner find work placements.
