Key Responsibilities:
andbull; andzwj; Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons that align with school policies and curriculum plans.
andbull; Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a positive, productive learning environment.
andbull; Tailor lessons to meet the individual needs of students, ensuring all learning styles are accommodated.
andbull; Work collaboratively with school staff for smooth transitions between lessons and to address any challenges.
andbull; £ Adapt teaching methods to support students with special educational needs (SEN) or individual learning plans.
andbull; Be flexible and adapt to different school environments, contributing positively to each schoolandrsquo;s team.

Requirements:
andbull; ££ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
andbull; Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt quickly to different school environments.
andbull; £ Current DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one.
