This role will support the finance function by ensuring the accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices and maintaining purchase ledger records.Key ResponsibilitiesProcessing high volumes of supplier invoices accurately and efficientlyMatching purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoicesReconciling supplier statements and resolving any discrepanciesManaging supplier queries and liaising with internal departmentsMaintaining accurate purchase ledger recordsAssisting with payment runs and general accounts administrationSupporting the wider finance team as requiredSkills and ExperienceEssentialPrevious experience working within a Purchase Ledger roleStrong knowledge of purchase ledger processes and proceduresExperience using Sage accounting software, preferably Sage 200Good attention to detail and accuracyStrong organisational and communication skillsAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesDesirableKnowledge or experience of Accounts Payable functionsExperience working within a busy finance environmentWhat We''re Looking ForThe ideal candidate will be a reliable and proactive ..... full job details .....
