This is a permanent, part-time opportunity, with direct employment by the business. With ambitious growth plans, the business is seeking an experienced, commercially focused marketing leader to develop its strategy, strengthen lead generation and build a scalable marketing function. You will work directly with the CEO and senior leadership team, bringing structure, fresh thinking and commercial focus. Crucially, this is not a one-person marketing function with no resources. The business understands that effective marketing needs both strategic leadership and people to deliver it. You will set the strategy and train, delegate to and mentor an offshore team responsible for day-to-day execution. Your success will come from enabling that team to deliver consistently, not doing every task yourself. The Role Working three days a week, you will own the marketing direction, establish practical frameworks and lead execution through an offshore team.
