Content Operations Specialist We are recruiting for a Content Operations Specialist to join a fast-paced digital marketing environment, supporting enterprise-level web platforms. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented Content Manager with strong CMS experience and a passion for web usability and digital publishing. Key Responsibilities Manage and publish high-quality website content using a CMS Edit, proofread and optimise web pages for usability and performance Deploy approved content following established publishing standards and style guides Oversee web content updates across digital platforms Perform quality assurance checks on published content Document SOPs, process improvements and operational best practice Coordinate with marketing teams and external agencies on campaign and content requirements Skills and Experience Proven experience as a Content Manager, Web Content Executive or similar Strong hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) Experience using Optimizely (or similar enterprise CMS platforms) Web editing and browser testing experience Content proof-reading and quality assurance skills Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript (desirable) Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and UX/UI principles (advantageous) Project management experience Strong written and verbal English communication skills This is an excellent opportunity to join a structured, process-driven content operations team where quality, governance and digital performance are
