Senior Process Engineer

to join our MSAT team. In this role, you will provide technical, engineering and scientific expertise to enable clinical and commercial manufacturing, playing a key part in advancing our mission and making a real difference.Responsibilities

Work independently on cross-functional activities to support the introduction of new products on existing manufacturing processesTake a lead role in defining and delivering requirements for the introduction of new processes, projects and equipmentLead scientific/technical troubleshooting and problem-solving activities to determine root causes and identify suitable mitigations to prevent recurrenceServe as the primary point of contact for technical support for assigned product(s) within the OXB portfolio and act as Subject Matter Expert (SME)Lead client-facing projects as an MSAT representativeQualifications

A degree in a Life Sciences or Biochemical Engineering discipline and/or significant proven experience in GMP biopharmaceutical or gene therapy manufacturing processingUnderstanding of health, safety and environmental aspects of the work and ideally experience with process hazard analysis (PHA) methodologies such as FMEA, HAZOP and HACCPKnowledge of quality and regulatory requirements to enable clinical and commercial manufactureExperience using statistical data analysis tools such as JMP and/or Minitab is desirableUnderstanding of process control and automation would be idealAbout Us
