This is a varied, hands-on role offering a mix of planned maintenance, reactive repairs and minor project works.Following a successful temporary period, the role will become permanent, offering excellent benefits and long-term career prospects.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs across the estate.Diagnose, maintain and repair electrical systems, lighting, power supplies and associated equipment.Undertake electrical installations, upgrades and asset replacement projects.Perform fault-finding and remedial works across electrical and mechanical services.Carry out general maintenance tasks across plumbing, HVAC and building fabric ..... full job details .....
