Shift Patterns

• Day shifts – standard daytime hours

• Night shifts – overnight support

• Sleep-ins – stay on-site overnight with support available if needed

• Waking nights – actively providing support through the night

• Every other weekend

What you''ll be doing

Our goal is simple: help people with learning disabilities, autism, and other complex needs live their best lives. Every day is different, but your role could include:

• Supporting personal care and physical needs

• Helping with life skills like shopping, money management, and household tasks

• Encouraging socialising, hobbies, and attending community activities

• Delivering personalised support plans that make a real difference
