We are seeking enthusiastic, patient and motivated Job Coaches / Teaching Assistants with employability experience to support young adults within a specialist SEN college.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys mentoring, coaching and supporting young people to reach their full potential.The Role Key Responsibilities Supporting young adults with Autism (ASC), learning disabilities and additional needs to develop their employability skills. Providing 1:1 and small-group support within the college and during external work placements. Helping students develop essential workplace skills, including communication, teamwork, timekeeping and problem-solving. Supporting CV writing, interview preparation, job applications and workplace readiness. Encouraging independence, confidence, self-esteem and decision-making. Supporting students to access and maintain work placements, helping them overcome barriers to employment.
