Please note, advanced skills in
Dynamics 365 CRM administration
(especially
Advanced Find ) are required for this role.
What you’ll be doing
Administering and maintaining core business systems
– including Dynamics 365 CRM, finance systems, and website integrations
Ensuring data integrity
– implementing best practices for data hygiene, audits, and reporting
Designing dashboards and reports
– using Power BI, Advanced Find, and Excel to deliver actionable insights
Training and supporting colleagues
– empowering teams to make the most of their digital tools
Collaborating on digital projects
– contributing to the digital roadmap and supporting system improvements
What we’re looking for
Proven experience in a
similar systems/data role
Advanced skills in
Dynamics 365 CRM administration
(especially
Advanced Find )
Strong
data management and reporting
expertise (Excel, Power BI, data warehouses)
Experience in
testing
(UAT/integration) and using tools like DevOps or Jira
Excellent communication skills, with a track record of
training and supporting users
A
keen eye for detail
and a problem-solving mindset
Experience in a
membership body, association, or subscription business
Microsoft certifications
in Dynamics 365 or Power BI
Familiarity with
GDPR
and
ISO 9001 environments
Knowledge of
SQL, Power Automate, or ITIL
