  • Coordinate with architects, structural engineers and other design disciplines to ensure models and documentation are integrated and aligned with project programmes.
  • Apply a high level of technical skill, care and attention to detail to ensure work is accurate, coordinated and delivered to the required standards.
  • Review and check your own work, as well as supporting quality checks on outputs from colleagues and external contributors where required.
  • Ensure document control and QA procedures are followed throughout project delivery.
  • Deliver work within agreed project timescales and budgets.
  • Support junior team members and apprentices in developing their Revit and CAD capabilities.
  • Contribute ideas and improvements that help develop BIM processes and workflows across the team.
Skills & Experience Required
  • Previous experience working as an MEP CAD/Revit Technician within the construction or building services sector, ideally within a consultancy environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of Revit MEP and AutoCAD.

  • Experience delivering both new-build and refurbishment schemes.
  • Good understanding of BIM processes and multidisciplinary coordination.
  • Ability to manage workload effectively and work to agreed deadlines.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and accuracy.
  • Experience identifying and implementing workflow or process improvements would be beneficial.
