Person Specification Must-Have Requirements Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). Eligible to work in the UK. Proven experience in educational psychology. Ability to write clear reports and communicate effectively with diverse audiences. Ability to work to agreed deadlines. Nice-to-Have Requirements Experience working within a local authority or school setting. Knowledge of current educational policies and procedures. Familiarity with working in multi-agency teams.
