We’re looking for someone who can lead by example, support others in their daily routines, and help make everyday moments matter – whether it''s planning a meal, going to the park, or simply lending a listening ear.

• Supporting adults with daily tasks, personal care, and life skills

• Helping individuals access their communities and live fulfilled lives

• Working with a caring team to ensure a high-quality service

• Assisting with care planning and CQC compliance

• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care
• A full driving licence and access to a vehicle
• A warm, compassionate approach and relevant experience

• Flexible working hours

• 28 days annual leave (pro rata)
