About the role A fantastic opportunity is available for a Audi Expert to join our team at Wakefield Audi The Audi Expert is responsible for delivering an exceptional, premium customer experience at vehicle handover, ensuring every customer leaves feeling confident, excited, and fully connected to their Audi. This role is central to creating the WOW factor, driving customer advocacy, and supporting the business through the promotion and sale of Audi service plans and customer-focused products. This is a full-time role which will include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service. About you Ideally, you will have previous experience of working in retail and be able to maintain exceptional customer care in a competitive environment.
