Hybrid working - London based.Role The Product Owner / Business Analyst will gather, analyse, and document business requirements across a range of digital initiatives. Write clear and concise user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria to support Agile delivery. Work closely with technical teams and stakeholders to support delivery, implementation, and continuous improvement activities. Carry out hands-on testing, validation, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
