An established Architectural practice are seeking a Building Regulation Principal Design (BR PD). You would join an established team as you look to ensure Building Regulation compliance on a variety of HRB and Non-HRB projects up to £100 million in value. Building Regulation Principal Designer (HRB) Following the Building Safety Act (2022) the Building Regulation Principal Designer (BR PD) role involves Design Coordination in relation to the Building Regulations. You will liaise with your team to utilise Design Compliance trackers and provide design advice relevant to this.
