Within the Care in the Home division, we support adults with spinal cord injury, acquired brain injury and complex health needs to live in their own homes.We''d like you to join us as a Support Worker at our clients home based in Upton Snodsbury (village just outside Worcester).When you''ll be working:Day and Waking Night Shifts Available 8am-8pm or 8pm-8amPart Time or Full Time available24, 36 or 48 hours a week availableWhat you''ll be doing:This role is to support our female client with a spinal cord injury whom lives in her own home. Our client describes herself as a nice, outgoing person. We are looking for someone who can engage, encourage and support our client with activities such as; going out into the community, supporting with online shopping and maybe even some day trips out!This role involves carrying out;Personal CareMedicationMoving and HandlingBowel ManagementCough AssistExperience with Spinal Cord Injury is advantageous however not a requirement as full training will be provided. You will also complete shadow shifts alongside a competent member of staff to ease you in!You must have a Full Clean UK Driving Licence as you will be required to drive the clients adapted
