This role ensures accurate administration, compliance with legislation, and a professional service to members and advisers. Main Responsibilities to include: Manage the end to end processing of income, benefit and payroll activities.Apply Scheme rules, legislation and internal controls accurately.Ensure full compliance with regulatory and statutory reporting timelines.Handle death benefit cases with sensitivity, confidentiality and professionalism.Maintain and organise all required statutory documentation.Prepare and submit regulatory reports with high levels of accuracy.Develop effective working relationships with members, advisers and internal teams.
