Due to unprecedented growth, they are now looking to add a Production Operative in to their passionate, high performing team in Brackley.

In this role you will be working with plastic & electronic products. This will be a hands-on role where you will be bonding & gluing plastic enclosure products alongside general assembly of products within a busy production environment, whilst ensuring a high quality and high productivity of work, to play your part in production targets being met.

This is a great opportunity for a Production Operative with previous experience within an intricate assembly environment looking to move in to this field with a continually growing successful company who can offer progression opportunities as they continue to expand.

The person:

• Previous experience within an assembly or production role or looking to move into this position
• Passionate, motivated & target driven, with a high level of dexterity and the ability to perform intricate assembly tasks
