You''ll oversee data-related activities, implement governance policies, and manage a team of data professionals while serving as a data SME to the wider business.**What your day-to-day will look like:*** Create and enforce policies and governance for effective data management across the UK Leasing business* Establish frameworks ensuring robust processes for quality data collection, maintenance, and accessibility* Monitor and analyse information systems to evaluate performance and discover enhancement opportunities* Lead data-related projects such as cleansing, enrichment, and migration initiatives* Troubleshoot data-related problems and authorise maintenance or modifications when needed* Work closely with business users to understand challenges and develop strategic roadmaps to address requirements* Manage and develop a team of data specialists to achieve organisational goals and data quality targets**Required Qualifications:*** 3+ years'' experience in a data governance or data management role* Proven ability to manage a team of data specialists to achieve set goals* Excellent understanding of data administration functions (collection, analysis, distribution)* Demonstrable experience implementing and enhancing data governance processes* Strong communication skills with ability to engage effectively across all business levels* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint* Experience with data querying and visualisation tools (SQL, Tableau, Power BI)**Preferred Qualifications:*** Experience coordinating between multiple stakeholders to deliver successful change management* Background in creating automated data quality and usage reporting* Understanding of data architecture and database management principles* Familiarity with modern database and information system technologies* Experience working in real estate or professional services industries* Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance requirements* Demonstrated success in large-scale data migration projectsWhat sets JLL apart is our culture of collaboration, locally and across the globe.
