Our client is seeking a reliable and detail-focused Warehouse Compliance and Operations Coordinator to support warehouse operations within a regulated environment.Based in CamberleyHours: 08:30 - 17:00 Monday to Friday with 1 hour for lunch (37.5 hour working week)Salary DOE: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum.Key ResponsibilitiesCompliance and GDPEnsure all activities comply with GDP and wholesale distribution licence requirementsFollow SOPs and maintain accurate batch, expiry, and storage recordsMonitor cold chain temperatures and report non-conformancesMaintain quarantine controls and inspection-ready standardsGoods In and Stock ControlReceive, inspect, and accurately book in deliveriesStore stock correctly, including temperature-sensitive and controlled drugsMaintain accurate inventory records and support auditsConduct regular stock checksOrder Fulfilment and DispatchPick, pack, and label orders accurately in line with GDPPrepare temperature-controlled shipments where requiredArrange courier and pallet collectionsEnsure compliant dispatch of controlled drugsHealth, Safety and SecurityFollow HandS policies and report hazardsMaintain equipment and warehouse security standardsAdministration and SupportProvide back-office support and liaise with sales and quality teamsMaintain training compliance and support ongoing regulatory requirementsUndertake additional duties as requiredAbout YouExperience in a regulated warehouse environment (pharmaceutical experience desirable)Strong ..... full job details .....
