The successful candidate must have a full UK driving licence.

- Carry out routine and reactive maintenance on compressed air systems and associated equipment.
- Diagnose faults and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
- Complete repairs and inspections to ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.
- Provide on-site technical support to customers.
- Accurately document service work, maintenance activities, and recommendations.
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams regarding completed work and required follow-up actions.
- Adhere to all company and industry health and safety standards.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of service processes and customer support.
- Proven troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose complex faults in compressed air systems.
- Previous field service experience, with confidence working independently at customer sites.
- Strong technical support skills, providing practical solutions to both customers and colleagues.
- Experience carrying out maintenance and repair on mechanical and electrical equipment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Relevant technical qualification or apprenticeship in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Good understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices when working with industrial equipment.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel locally to customer sites.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise workload effectively, and maintain accurate service records.
