We''re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help a leading utilities business transform their contact centre with AWS AI services (Amazon Lex, LLMs) and next-generation cloud solutions.

• Design & deliver AI-driven solutions using AWS AI & LLMs

• Write clean, scalable code in TypeScript

• Champion DevOps best practices (CI/CD, automation, IaC)

• Collaborate, challenge, and bring fresh ideas

• Proven AWS (Lex + AI/ML) experience

• Strong TypeScript background

• DevOps mindset (CI/CD, serverless, monitoring)

• Bonus: contact centre tech experience
