As an Associate, you will play a key role in executing MandA, equity, and debt transactions for UK corporate clients across multiple sectors. You will work closely with senior bankers, analysts, and product teams globally, providing critical insights and strategic advice to clients.Key Responsibilities:Transaction Execution:

Manage all aspects of deal execution, including financial modelling, valuation analysis, due diligence, preparation of pitch materials, and deal documentation.Client Interaction:

Serve as a key point of contact for clients during transactions, fostering strong relationships and providing regular updates.Financial Analysis:

Develop and review complex financial models to support transaction decisions and strategic initiatives.Market and Industry Research:
