What you''ll be doing:Supporting the GM in all aspects of the business and stepping up to lead when needed

Driving team performance and engagement, creating a culture of high standards and high energy

Helping manage busy, high-volume services without compromising guest experience

Mentoring junior managers and developing future leaders

Working across operations, training, stock, and guest feedback to constantly raise the bar

Were looking for someone who:Has experience as an Assistant GM or Senior Manager in a high-volume, quality-led restaurant

Leads by example with a positive, proactive, and people-first approach

Thrives under pressure and genuinely enjoys being on the floor with their team
