Fire Safety Officer / Resident Safety Support Officer - London (Housing Association) £23 PAYE / £30 Umbrella - Deemed LTD (Inside IR35)37 hours per weekTemporary ongoing contractWe are working with a Housing Association to recruit two Resident Safety Support Officers to join their Building Safety team.This is a frontline role supporting vulnerable residents living in higher and medium-risk buildings, ensuring Person Centred Fire Risk Assessments (PCFRAs) are completed and evacuation plans are in place.You''ll be out on site regularly completing assessments, working directly with residents, and supporting admin staff where required.Responsibilities Carry out Person Centred Fire Risk Assessments (PCFRAs) in residents'' homesEnsure Emergency Evacuation Statements and Building Evacuation Plans are completed, stored digitally, and reviewed annuallyCommunicate with residents via their preferred method and support them through the PEEPs processSupport admin staff with documentation and case updates where neededManage your own caseload through CRM systemsShare relevant information with Fire and Rescue ServicesCoordinate equipment or works required to support evacuation plansHandle sensitive resident data in line with GDPR requirementsSupport the Resident Safety Support Manager with performance data and new process implementation Role profile Resident Safety S Requirements Minimum ABBE Level 3 in Fire Risk Assessment (or equivalent)Experience conducting PCFRAsFire safety knowledge
