Our care teams are focused on person centred care, developing outcome-based support plans, and continually reviewing those to ensure positive improvements. As Senior Carer, you will be maintaining effective record-keeping, administering medication, leading and supporting the team of dedicated staff in providing person-centred care and support services to our residents. You''ll drive performance through supervision and mentoring of staff, delivering induction and coaching and you will be a strong role model, with residents'' needs, dignity and respect at the heart of the role.
