A multi-disciplinary PQS Consultancy is seeking a forward-thinking Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Birmingham.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor''s role

The Associate Quantity Surveyor will lead a large team, where they will primarily work on regeneration projects in both the public and private sectors.

Some of the responsibilities of the successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will oversee training and developing the Quantity Surveyor''s in their team, the ability to mentor less experience Quantity Surveyor''s is vital.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor

• MRICS or similar
• Excellent pre and post contract experience
• Previous experience at Associate QS level
• Comfortable delivering projects independently
• Worked within a PQS / Construction consultancy environment
• Client facing
