In this role, you will work alongside a dedicated team of educators, therapists, and support staff to deliver personalised, compassionate, and effective support to students with a wide range of SEN, including autism, learning difficulties, physical disabilities, and social, emotional, and mental health needs. Your primary responsibilities will involve assisting teachers in the planning and delivery of lessons, adapting resources and strategies to meet individual student needs, and providing one-to-one or small-group support to help students achieve their full potential. You will also be involved in monitoring and evaluating student progress, contributing to the development of individual education plans, and collaborating with parents, carers, and external agencies to ensure a holistic approach to student support.
