This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Paint Technician to join a professional bodyshop team where quality, efficiency and attention to detail are at the forefront of the operation. Key responsibilities Preparing vehicles for paint, including sanding, masking and priming Mixing, colour matching and applying paint to manufacturer standards Carrying out full resprays, panel refinishing and smart repairs where required Ensuring all work is completed to a high quality and within agreed timeframes Working closely with the workshop team to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow Maintaining spray booths, equipment and a clean working environment Requirements Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer within a bodyshop or accident repair environment Strong knowledge of water-based and solvent paint systems Ability to achieve high-quality finishes consistently Good time management and the ability to work efficiently Keen eye for detail and pride in workmanship Full UK driving licence For more information or to apply for this position, contact our specialist at Kolt Recruitment.
