Oracle Cloud Financials Functional Support Consultant

Job Description

You will be:

Overseeing day to day application support for a variety of clients.Utilising your Oracle Cloud Financials and Fusion Tax expertise to oversee and resolve support issues and add value through delivering fixes and ongoing ways of improving current delivered functionality.Leading Requirements gathering, creating and developing documentation for business changes.Working with technical consultants to deliver client requirements.Liaising directly with clients to ensure all requests for change are properly designed, assessed, prioritized, and managed through to completion.

Qualifications

You will have experience in the following areas:

Oracle Cloud (SaaS) Financial Modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Fixed Assets. (Essential)Oracle Fusion Tax setup, configuration and support (Desirable)Oracle Cloud Reporting: Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence, Financial Reporting Studio and SmartviewOracle OUM and/or AIM methodologyExperience of working effectively within a teamOrganised and be self-motivatedAbility to multi-task and priorities across concurrent support projects will be requiredManagement of change requests through the development and testing lifecycle confirming to project management standards and scopeLiaising with Oracle to ensure effective management of client SRsEnsure that clients are supported and kept up to date with latest Oracle Cloud quarterly releasesManage on-time project delivery and business expectations and ensure internal customer satisfactionAdvising clients on options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systemsCompleting tasks efficiently and in a timely manner
