About the Role

This is the perfect opportunity for someone with foundational recruitment experience (or strong sales/customer-facing skills) who wants to develop into a fully-fledged Recruitment Consultant.

You''ll start by strengthening your candidate management and delivery skills, while gaining exposure to the sales side of recruitment, including:

• Business development
• Client relationship management
• Negotiation and commercial awareness

With ongoing mentoring and support, you''ll quickly progress into managing your own desk and clients.

What You''ll Be Doing

• Sourcing and interviewing candidates across commercial and industrial roles
• Building strong talent pipelines and candidate relationships
• Supporting senior consultants on live roles and client requirements
• Learning how to win new business and develop client partnerships
• Developing into a 360 recruitment consultant role

About You

• Experience as a Resourcer OR in a sales/customer-facing role
• Ambitious, motivated, and career-driven
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Eager to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment
• Resilient with a positive, proactive mindset
