Head of Group Financial Reporting

An international market leading business experiencing significant growth require a Head of Financial Reporting. This role will take on overall accountability for managing and leading the group financial reporting team to ensure all statutory and non-statutory reporting deadlines are met. You will ensure technical accounting compliance and a robust financial control framework to meet audit committee and external audit requirements. You will also manage the presentation of all financial information in the Annual Report and manage the audit process. Responsibilities:Responsible for the statutory financial reporting process in order to achieve accurate and timely external financial reportingManage the production of subsidiary Statutory Accounts for all legal entitiesResponsible for ensuring that external Group financial reporting complies with IFRS, Disclosure and Transparency rules and Companies Act requirementsResponsible for planning and execution of the annual and interims audit timetables and management of the auditors to ensure smooth, timely processResponsible for preparing audit related papers for the Board and Audit CommitteeReview of the models prepared by the divisions for areas of significant judgementOversee the preparation of the Going Concern, Viability Assessment and Goodwill modelsLeadership, management and motivation of a team of Statutory AccountantsResponsible for the implementation of changes to IFRS across the GroupPreparation of board papers for considerati
