Reed Business Support are recruiting for a HR Advisor on behalf of our valued client, based in Maidstone. As the appointed professional, you will play a key role in supporting the wider team and contributing to the smooth running of daily operations.About the RoleAs an HR Advisor, you will provide comprehensive support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and internal policies. Key responsibilities include:Providing first-line HR advice to managers on employee relations mattersSupporting disciplinary, grievance, and absence management processesMaintaining accurate employee records and HR systemsAssisting with recruitment processes, including onboarding and inductionsCoordinating training initiatives and supporting development plansPreparing HR reports and analysing workforce dataEnsuring policies and procedures are applied consistently across the businessAbout YouTo be considered for this role, you will have:Previous experience in an HR Advisor or HR Officer positionStrong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practiceExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsHigh levels of organisation with strong attention to detailConfidence using HR systems and Microsoft Office packagesCIPD Level 3 or above (desirable or working towards)Salary and Working Pattern£30,000 - £33,000 per annumMonday to
